Custom nests, quick-change tooling, servo/air slides, XY/θ stages, vision alignment, autofocus; error mapping and thermal compensation where required.
Decision & Interlocks
Tolerance checks against LSL/USL, rule-based NG classification, PLC back-checking to block the next step, and automatic OK/NG sorting with reject lanes or markers.
Mechanical Architecture
Rigid, vibration-isolated frame;
precision linear guides & ballscrews (or air bearings); kinematic quick-change fixturing; thermal stability design; guarded enclosure with service-friendly cable/pneumatic routing.

Dimensional: diameter, thickness, gap/flush, runout, flatness, concentricity.
Surface & Print: scratches, dents, stains, color/contrast, OCR/OCV.
Process Tests: leak/pressure decay, flow, force–displacement, torque/angle.
Code Read & Grade: 1D/2D decode with ISO/IEC grading for readability.
