System Workflow
- Shift Start – Define target output and takt time.
- Automatic Production Logging – Good/NG counts are collected directly from PLC signals in real time.
- NG Input – Operators record NG quantity and reason by scanning NG tags or entering details.
- Loss Input – Operators log downtime/loss events by scanning predefined loss codes and entering minutes/remarks.
- Employee Assignment – Operators scan their ID badges to register manpower per hour and workstation.
- Data Processing – The system computes KPIs such as OA%, Plan vs. Actual, NG%, Loss Minutes, and Man-Hour Index.
