Robotics Integration
4/6-axis robots (collaborative or industrial) sized for payload, reach, and takt; accurate TCP calibration,compliant EOAT (vacuum/gripper/quick-change).
Vision Toolchain (2D/3D)
Reads and grades codes, reliably finds parts, calculates their 3D position and angle, makes precise measurements, uses 3D cameras for depth, and matches parts to CAD models for accurate pick/place.
Hand–Eye & Tracking
Camera on the robot or fixed above, calibrated so the robot knows exactly where it is. Tracks parts on a moving conveyor (encoder signals), updates pick positions on the fly, and plans safe paths that avoid collisions.
Controls & Safety
PLC interlocks; STO/SLS/SSM/SRMS safety functions; light curtains & safety scanners; compliant with ISO 10218 / ISO 13849 (RIA R15.06).

Palletizing / Depalletizing – Pattern generation, mixed-SKU handling, slip-sheet detection, stack verification.
Pick & Place / Bin Picking – 3D pose estimation, de-nesting, orientation correction, singulation.
Inspection & Metrology – Presence/absence, dimensional checks (telecentric optics), surface defects, 1D/2D code grading (ISO/IEC 15415/29158).
Assembly Assist – Vision-guided alignment, press-fit/insertion with force-torque sensing (optional).
